Angie also includes some Somatic movement education, Mindfulness Meditation, Chi Gung, Acupressure ‘Tui na’. Compassion practice, Nutritional tips and advice & other holistic techniques to create a personal well-being practice focusing on balancing all aspects of oneself .

Using an ancient ear candling technique to help alleviate sinus blockages, very relaxing and deeply meditative

Reiki Healing ( Sound and crystal healing also used in this treatment)

Reiki is universal energy, in this treatment the energy centres or chakras of the body. Sound healing and crystal healing are also used.
